Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated into and forms part of the WeeshWay Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. By completing a booking, you agree to this Policy.

1. Student-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation Deadline. Students may cancel a confirmed booking through the App no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

Refund for Timely Cancellation. If cancellation is made before the deadline: (a) the Student receives a refund of the Class Price less a non-refundable processing fee of 5% of the Class Price; (b) the Booking Fee is non-refundable.

Late Cancellation / No-Show. If the Student cancels after the deadline or fails to attend, no refund shall be issued. The Teacher shall receive the full payout as if the Student attended.

Class Price: $100, Booking Fee: $5
Upon timely cancellation: Student receives $95 refund
Retained by WeeshWay: $5 processing fee + $5 Booking Fee

2. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations

Right to Cancel. Teachers may cancel a published class at any time through the App.

Student Refund. Upon Teacher-initiated cancellation, each Student receives an automatic full refund of the Class Price and the Booking Fee. No Student action is required.

Teacher Cancellation Fee. The Teacher shall be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the Class Price per affected booking to cover payment processing costs. This fee shall be debited from the Teacher’s connected payment account.

Repeated Cancellations. Teachers who cancel classes frequently may be subject to additional platform measures, including reduced visibility in search results, temporary suspension, or account termination, at WeeshWay’s discretion.

Processing Time. Refunds are initiated automatically upon cancellation. The time for the refund to appear in the Student’s account depends on the Student’s financial institution and is outside WeeshWay’s control.

Class Price: $100, Booking Fee: $5
Refund to Student: $105 (full amount paid)
Teacher cancellation fee: $5 per booking

3. Booking Fee

The Booking Fee is a non-refundable per-spot platform fee collected at checkout, except in the following cases: (a) Teacher-initiated cancellation: Booking Fee refunded in full. (b) Force majeure event as defined in the Terms of Service: Booking Fee refunded in full. (c) Platform error resulting in duplicate or erroneous charges: Booking Fee refunded in full.

4. Dispute Reporting

Reporting Window. Either party may file a report through the App within the 48-hour Holding Period (as defined in the Terms of Service). Reports submitted after the Holding Period expires will not be reviewed.

Evidentiary Standard. Reports should include supporting evidence where available, such as timestamped photographs, screenshots, or other documentation relevant to the dispute.

Review Process. WeeshWay will acknowledge receipt of a report within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days. WeeshWay’s determination—including decisions to issue, withhold, or adjust a refund or payout—shall be made in its reasonable discretion and shall be final, subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Good Faith Requirement. Users must submit reports in good faith. WeeshWay reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User who submits fraudulent, vexatious, or materially misleading reports, and to recover any improperly obtained refunds.

5. Failed or Delayed Refunds

If a refund has not appeared within ten (10) business days of the expected processing date, please contact WeeshWay at contact@weeshway.com. WeeshWay will investigate and, where the refund was initiated on its end, assist in coordinating with the payment processor.

6. Force Majeure Cancellations

If a class cannot take place due to a force majeure event as defined in the Terms of Service, all affected Students shall receive a full refund of the Class Price and Booking Fee. No cancellation fee shall be charged to the Teacher in such circumstances.

7. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may have a right of withdrawal as described in Section 15 of the Terms of Service. Where this right applies and is exercised before the class takes place, a full refund of the Class Price and Booking Fee shall be issued.

8. Amendments

WeeshWay may modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may terminate your account.
